Brandon Jaggi, PMHNP-BC

Brandon Jaggi is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and founder of Meadowlark Mind & Body. He provides psychiatric medication management and integrative, lab-informed mental health care for patients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep problems, fatigue, low motivation, brain fog, libido concerns, hormone-related mood symptoms, and quality-of-life concerns.

Brandon’s approach is built around longer appointments, careful listening, and individualized treatment planning. His care may include psychiatric medications, therapy-informed support, lifestyle education, sleep and nervous system regulation strategies, lab-informed psychiatric decision-making, and hormone-informed treatment when clinically appropriate and within scope.

He is licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah. In-person visits are available in Evanston, Wyoming. Telehealth is available in Wyoming and Nebraska, where clinically appropriate. MMB is not currently accepting Utah insurance.

Specialty Service

Spravato® for Treatment-Resistant Depression

Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression — meaning depression that has not improved after trying at least two different antidepressant medications. Treatment requires in-office administration with monitoring per REMS safety requirements.

Not everyone is a candidate. Spravato evaluation begins with a thorough psychiatric assessment, insurance and eligibility review, and a discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives.

Common Questions

Do I have to be in crisis to become a patient?
No. Meadowlark Mind & Body is not a crisis center. Many patients come in because they want help with mood, anxiety, sleep, energy, motivation, focus, fatigue, brain fog, libido, irritability, or quality of life. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or call/text 988.
How do I become a new patient?
To become a new patient, call or text 307-300-5885 and let us know you would like to register. You may also text “register” to 307-300-5885. Someone from our team will typically reach out within 1–2 business days by text or phone to help you complete registration.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and many major commercial plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, United Behavioral Health, First Health, and TRICARE. Coverage varies by plan, state, service, diagnosis, medical necessity, and eligibility. Patients should verify benefits before treatment. We are not currently accepting Utah insurance.
Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes. Meadowlark Mind & Body provides medication management and treatment planning for children and adolescents when clinically appropriate. Common concerns include ADHD, anxiety, depression, irritability, sleep problems, emotional dysregulation, and school-related functioning.
Do you offer hormone-informed care or testosterone-related support?
Hormone-related treatment may be considered when clinically appropriate as an off-label adjunct to support mental health and quality-of-life symptoms such as mood, energy, sleep, cognition, libido, motivation, and nervous system regulation. This is not used to diagnose or treat endocrine disease and requires informed consent and monitoring.
Do you help with perimenopause and menopause-related symptoms?
Yes. MMB works with women experiencing mood changes, anxiety, sleep disruption, fatigue, irritability, brain fog, libido changes, and reduced quality of life during perimenopause and menopause. Care may include psychiatric treatment, lifestyle support, lab-informed planning, and off-label hormone-informed support when clinically appropriate.
How long are appointments?
Initial appointments are typically around 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are often around 30 minutes. This gives more time to discuss symptoms, treatment goals, medications, labs, sleep, energy, lifestyle, hormones, side effects, and your questions.
Do you offer telehealth?
Telehealth may be available in Wyoming and Nebraska, where clinically appropriate. Brandon Jaggi is also licensed in Utah, but MMB is not currently accepting Utah insurance.
Do you offer Spravato or ketamine?
Meadowlark Mind & Body offers Spravato® for appropriate adults with treatment-resistant depression. In select cases, off-label compounded ketamine may be considered after clinical evaluation. Neither is appropriate for everyone, and both require screening, informed consent, and monitoring.
Do you offer a sliding fee or billing help?
Yes. A Sliding Fee Discount Program is available for eligible patients based on household income and family size. Approval is not guaranteed, and some services may not qualify. Call or text 307-300-5885 for billing assistance.
