Our team reviews coverage when applicable and schedules your first appointment.
Initial visits are typically about 60 minutes so we can understand your symptoms, history, and goals.
We build a plan together and schedule follow-up to monitor response, safety, and next steps.

Appointment Lengths and Response Time
Initial evaluations are typically about 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are typically about 30 minutes. Messages are generally reviewed within 1-2 business days.

In-Person and Telehealth
In-person visits are available in Evanston, Wyoming. Telehealth is available in Wyoming and Nebraska, where clinically appropriate. Brandon Jaggi is licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah. Utah services may be limited, and MMB is not currently accepting Utah insurance.
Insurance & Billing
Meadowlark Mind & Body is in network with many major plans, including Wyoming Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare / United Behavioral Health, First Health, and TRICARE when plan-specific credentialing, eligibility, and covered-service rules apply. Medicare coverage may vary by provider, plan, provider credentialing status, and covered-service rules. Coverage cannot be guaranteed until eligibility and benefits are reviewed.
